The Maestro worked with the orchestra, choir and soloists on different aspects of the performance: he pays close attention to the dynamics and certain melodies, which must be breathed. The cues must be clear: the baritone without hurrying up, taking his time. When the choir enters the orchestra must lower the volume and must always be aware not to delay the soloists. Summarizing, in this rehearsal López Cobos works with the masses of sound and play on balance so that the result is a balanced whole.
